Farrys coffe, grill, bar has been known for its creative international cuisine and bar for years in Munich, Germany (

Now we are connecting this history with the history of a beautiful  Hotel, located directly on the banks of the Aegean Sea bringing out to you our latest baby in the farrys family.

Farry Cubuk, General Manager

Farry Cubuk, born in Istanbul 1973 had the opportunity to get his professional training at top establishments around the world. 1989 he successfully completed his hotel management training at the Büyük Sürmeli Hotel in Istanbul. Being one of the top graduates of his class he was awarded a job as deputy bar manager. In order to gain international experience Farry moved to Germany in 1995. At the renowned Käfer’s Hofgarten in Munich he worked as bar manager and was later responsible for Käfer’s Catering, Party Service as well as organising events such as movie premieres, Formula One, among others.

Since 1930 the Käfer business has become an international premium brand for gourmet products and services and being Germany’s top brand Käfer stands for high class service in the food, catering and retail business.

Farry continued to get additional qualifications by attending several seminars and training courses among others at Veuve Cliquot in France, Gaja Wine Selection in Italy, seminars about Whiskey, a sommelier certificate as well as certificates as food & beverage manager and barista. Farry then decided to specialise in bar keeping and opened “Legends Bar & Restaurant” in the trendy Schwabing district in Munich. Meanwhile called “Martini Club”, it has become one of the most famous bars in Munich.

In 2003 Farry took over Farrys Bar Wiener’s at Arabellapark in Munich’s Bogenhausen district and has been running it very successfully and with great passion ever since.

In 2020 it was time for Farry to bring back his passion for food & beverage to Turkey again. connecting his history with the history of the beautiful Leyla Apart Hotel, located directly on the banks of the Aegean Sea brings out the latest baby in the farrys family. the farrys boutique hotel.
